By creating an account, using Orb Space, or completing checkout, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Orb Space provides tools for creating operations, uploading images, selecting Chi Transfers, and viewing configured orbs. You are responsible for the content you upload and for using the service in a lawful, respectful way.

Paid plans renew monthly unless canceled. The trial costs $2.99 for 3 days and then enrolls into the Core plan at $17 per month. Solo is $8 per month, Core is $17 per month, and Studio is $33 per month.

You may not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, private, or abusive content. We may restrict or remove content, suspend access, or cancel accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service.

Orb Space is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These starter terms should be reviewed by counsel before broad paid public launch.
