Orb Space collects the account, operation, upload, and payment information needed to provide the service. This can include your email address, authentication profile, operation content, uploaded images, plan selection, purchase records, and technical logs.

We use Clerk for authentication, Prisma/PostgreSQL for app records, UploadThing for uploads, and Authorize.net for payment processing. Payment card details are handled by Authorize.net tokenization and are not stored directly by Orb Space.

We use this information to run the app, manage subscriptions, provide customer support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal or payment obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers that help operate Orb Space, or when required for legal, security, billing, or compliance reasons.

You can contact support to request account assistance, data access, or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for billing, security, legal, or backup purposes.
